Wallbridge Mining Company Limited is pleased to announce that it has completed a private placement of an aggregate of 1,300,000 units in the capital of the Corporation (the "Units"), at $0.27 (Canadian) per Unit, raising aggregate proceeds of $351,000 (collectively, the "Offering").
