Radar Acquisitions Corp. Announces Completion of $1,047,750 Private Placement

Radar Acquisitions Corp. , is pleased to announce that Radar has completed a non-brokered private placement of 4,762,500 units at a price of C$0.22 per unit for gross proceeds of up to C$1,047,750. Each unit consists of one common share and one half of a common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable at C$0.33 per common share for a period of one year from closing.
