Active Growth Capital Inc. , announces today that it has successfully completed its initial public offering of 3,750,250 common shares at a price of $0.20 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of $750,050.00. Maison Placements Canada Inc. ("Maison") acted as agent for the offering.
