Jasper Mining Corporation amends expiration date of share option grants

Jasper Mining Corporation (the "Company") amends the expiration date for the grant of share options to certain of its directors, officers, employees, qualified advisers and consultants announced on July 23, 2008. The Company will issue share options in the total amount of 1,275,000 common shares at an exercise price of $0.30 per share. The amended expiry date of the share options will be September 2, 2013, or such earlier expiry date as the Company and regulatory authorities may approve. read more

Wallbridge Mining Announces Closing of Second Tranche of Private Placement

Wallbridge Mining Company Limited is pleased to announce that it has completed a second tranche of a non-brokered private placement of an aggregate of 1,800,000 units in the capital of the Corporation (the "Units") at $0.27 (Canadian) per Unit raising aggregate proceeds of $486,000 (collectively, the "Offering"). The Corporation will use approximately 30% of the funds raised to accelerate the pace of work on its Rogers Creek porphyry copper-gold project in southwestern BC and approximately 70% of the funds raised on its Ontario projects. read more

XsunX Launches Turning Renewable Energy Into Renewable Revenues Initiative and Garners First 100kW Project

XsunX, Inc. , a solar technology Company engaged in the build-out of its multi-megawatt amorphous thin film photovoltaic (TFPV) solar manufacturing facilities in Oregon, today provided an update to its business development initiative to utilize a portion of its future TFPV solar module manufacturing capacities for the construction of solar power fields.

In June of this year the Company announced efforts to develop business relationships directly with utilities working to meet renewable energy mandates and developers of Power Purchase Agreements "PPA". Innergex Renewable Energy acquires rights in 18 hydro projects in B.C.

Innergex Renewable Energy Inc. , announces it has completed its previously announced acquisition of a 66 2/3% interest in rights relating to 18 prospective hydroelectric projects representing an aggregate 200 MW of installed capacity located in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia (the "Projects"). The remaining 33 1/3% interest in the Projects remains held by Ledcor Power Group Ltd. ("Ledcor").
